摘　　要：在介绍我国图书馆联盟发展现状的基础上,指出并分析医学图书馆联盟存在的主要问题,提出相应对策,包括更新观念、建立资源共享平台、开展合作、发挥专家领导作用、保障联盟的可持续发展,以及加强队伍建设和经费保障等。Based on the introduction to current medical library alliance in China, the main problems are pointed out and analyzed of medical library alliance , the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures including updating the idea, setting up resources sharing platform, carrying out cooperation, playing expert and leadership role, ensuring the sustainable development of alliance, strengthening the team construction and funds guarantee, ect.
