摘　　要：从医药高职院校图书馆学科联络员的组成特点出发,阐述其职能,包括对各系的教学科研服务,对各层次各阶段的学生服务,对教学实习医院及药企等实习单位服务,并探讨学科联络员的职能延伸及内在素养的提升。The paper is from the aspects of form feature of subject co - ordinators introduced the its functions , which is to serve the teaching and scientific research of the department, to serve the students of all levels and stages , to serve internship teaching hospitals and pharmaceutical enterprises, and to explore the subject co -ordinators functions extend and inherent literacy upgrade.
