摘　　要：规模化生产中，把保育期结束后用以商品化生产的猪称为生长育肥猪，其饲养管理是整个养猪生产过程中的一个重要阶段。饲养管理水平直接决定生长育肥猪的生产性能，从而影响养殖企业的经济效益。加强生长育肥猪的管理不仅能提高日增重和饲料转化率，还能在尽可能短的时间内生产出大量优质猪肉。文章针对实际生产中现代规模化猪场如何做好生长育肥猪的饲养管理作综合阐述。After the conservation in large-scale production to commercial production of pig is called the growing and finishing pig, feeding and management is an important stage in the whole process of pig production. This level directly determines the performance of growing-finishing pigs, which affects breeding economic efficiency of enterprises. Strengthen the management of growing and finishing pigs can not only increase daily gain and feed conversion rate, but also get a large number of high quality pork production in the shortest possible time. This article on how to do a good job for the actual production of modem large-scale pig farms growing and finishing pigs feeding and management for comprehensive elaborate.
