妊娠期糖尿病早期综合护理干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究早期综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的应用价值。方法研究对象为本院2010年1月～2011年9月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者60例,随机将患者分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组为常规护理,干预组给予早期综合护理,观察对比2组患者的血糖控制情况和焦虑程度。结果干预组患者血糖控制水平优于对照组患者;干预组焦虑程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者给予早期综合护理有利于控制血糖水平和减轻患者焦虑程度。Objective To study the application value of the early comprehensive nursing intervention for gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）.Methods The subjects 60 cases of GDM were admitted to hospital from January 2010 to September 2011, patients were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention group （n=30） was given early comprehensive nursing intervention care and control group（n=30） were only given conventional care. The level of blood glucose and anxiety were compared between the two groups. Results The level of glycolic control in patients of intervention group were better than that of control group patients（P〈0.05）; anxiety level of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with GDM was obvious to better control of blood glucose and lower the level of anxiety.
