摘  要:目的探讨门诊输液患者的心理情况及相应的护理对策。方法对680例门诊输液患者采用问卷调查的方法对其心理情况进行调查,并针对这些情况制定相应的护理对策。结果所有患者的心理问题中焦虑占55.1%,急躁占41.6%,多疑占30.3%,依赖占17.2%。通过采取相应对策后,焦虑占20.3%,急躁占14.4%,多疑占10.1%,依赖占7.1%,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论掌握门诊输液患者存在的心理问题特点,并采取相应的护理对策,可显著提高护理质量,减少护理纠纷。Objective To explore the psychological situation of transfusion out-patients and the corresponding nursing strategy. Methods 680 transfusion out-patients were selected and inspected by questionnaire survey. And develop appropriate nursing strategies for these situations. Results In all patients, dysphoric psychology accounted for 55.1%, irritable psychology accounted for 41.6%, unbelieving psychology accounted for 30.3% , dependent psychology accounted for 17.2% . The service quality was improved by nursing managements. After the nursing, dysphoric psychology accounted for 20.3%, irritable psychology accounted for 14.4%, unbelieving psychology accounted for 10.1%, dependent psychology accounted for 7.1%. The differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mastering the psychology characteristics of transfusion out-patients and taking relevant nursing managements can improve the service quality and reduce the nursing issues.
