摘  要:采用微乳液聚合法制备聚苯胺颗粒,并用流延法制备导电聚苯胺复合材料。利用SEM与TEM对导电聚苯胺形貌进行了分析,可知其尺寸为长100~200nm,宽30~50nm左右,形状为棒状。利用红外测试分析表明制备的聚苯胺为中间氧化态的聚苯胺。复合材料的介电性能测试说明导电聚苯胺的渗流阈值为0.13,此时介电常数与介电损耗均发生突变。本实验提高了复合材料的介电常数,在高储能密度电介质材料方面有广阔的应用。PANI particles were prepared by microemulsion polymerization method and conductive PANI composites were prepared using this particles. Characterization results shows that conductive PANI was rod -like particles whose length was 100 to 200nm and width was 30 to 50 nm. IR shows that conductive PANI was intermediate oxidation state. The dielectric test shows that percolation threshold of conductive PANI in PVDF - PEO composite material is 0. 13. Whlie reaching this percolation threshold, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were mutated. In this study, the dielectric constant of the composite has gready improved, it has a wide application in high energy density dielectric material.
