摘 要:液相催化法制备邻氯苯甲酸工艺过程中产生大量的废水,总量为500t/d,主要污染物为废硫酸。该企业原采用将废水直接排向三废处理,需消耗大量的碱中和,增加三废处理成本,需进行工程改造。本研究以离子交换技术为核心,废水通过脱钠处理再浓缩处理后打入原生产线,实现了废水回用,节约了烧碱的用量,回收后的硫酸溶液,经浓缩处理后回到到生产线上,为企业创造了可观的经济效益。A great deal of rinsing wastewater is produced in the process of preparation of o - chloro benzoic acid by air liquid - phase catalytic oxidation. The total production is around 500t/d, and the main pollutants in the wastewater are sulfuric acids. Wastewater was originally sent to the wastewater treatment center in the enterprise. However, that process needed large amounts of base to neutralize the acid, which greatly increased the wastewater treatment cost, therefore, it must be reformed. In the engineering practice, different ion exchange resins have been used accordingly for the wastewater treatment, and the effluent can meet the water quality standard with lower cost, achieving the reuse of wastewater and the recovery of sulfuric acid solution successfully. After the solution being concentrated, recycled sulfuric acid can be reused in the production, which could save huge amount of operation cost for the enterprise.
