摘　　要：介绍粮食中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的多残留快速测定方法。丙酮提取样品中农药,经净化,甲醇和二氯甲烷洗脱。气相色谱柱后氮磷检测器检测。对粮食样品进行精密度实验,变异系数为2.17%～7.69%。该方法简便、快速、准确、可操作性强。The fast determination on pesticide residues of organic phosphorus and carbamic ester in food supplies was introduced. The pesticide in the sample was extracted with acetone, purified and then was eluted with methanol and dichloromethane. After that the pesticide was detected with the nitrogen - phosphorus detector after the column of the gas chromatogram. Precision esperiments for the sample was measured and the coefficient of variation was 2.17%- 7.69%. The method was simple , fast, accurate and was convenient to operate.
