摘 要:研究了硫酸铵-碘化钾-十二烷基三甲基氯化铵微晶吸附体系浮选分离镉(Ⅱ)的行为及其与常见离子定量分离的条件。结果表明,在0.5g(NH4)2SO4的存在下,当体系中Cd2+、KI、DTMAC同时存在时,体系中形成的三元缔合物(DTMAC)2(CdI4)沉淀被定量吸附在DTMAC+.I-微晶物质表面而被浮选至盐水相上,Cd2+被定量浮选,Co2+、Ni 2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Fe3+、Al 3+等离子留在水相中而不被浮选,实现了Cd2+与这些离子的定量分离,据此建立了一种微晶吸附体系浮选分离Cd2+的新方法。通过扫描电镜图片确证了DTMAC+.I-微晶物质的产生,探讨了Cd2+的浮选分离机理。方法成功用于合成水样中Cd2+的定量浮选分离,浮选率为95.4%~105.3%。The flotation separation behaviour of cadmium(Ⅱ) with microcrystalline adsorption system of ammonium sulfate-potassium iodide-dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and the conditions for the quantitative separation of cadmium? with other common metal ions were investigated.The results showed that,in presence of 0.5g of(NH4)2SO4,Cd^2+,KI and DTMAC in system could form ternary complex(DTMAC)2(CdI4)precipitation,which could be quantitatively adsorbed on the surface of DTMAC+.I-microcrystalline and floated above the salt-water phase.In this process,Cd^2+was quantitatively floated,while Co^2+,Ni^ 2+,Zn^2+,Mn^2+,Fe^3+and Al 3+remained in water phase,realizing the quantitative separation of Cd^2+from these ions.Consequently,a flotation separation method of Cd^2+with microcrystalline adsorption system was established.The generation of DTMAC+.Imicrocrystalline was proved by scanning electron microscope images.The flotation separation mechanism of Cd^2+was discussed.The proposed method was successfully applied to the quantitative flotation separation of Cd^2+in synthetic water samples.The flotation yield was 95.4%-105.3%.
