肝原性黄疸患者阴黄与阳黄证面色色差比较研究

摘　　要：目的:应用光谱测色法检测肝原性黄疸患者的面色资料,对阴黄与阳黄之间的色差进行了比较。方法:采集了268位肝原性黄疸患者的面色数据,根据临床特点进行阴黄和阳黄辨证,比较阴黄与阳黄的CIE(国际照明组织委员会)LAB均匀色彩空间分布特点,并计算其总色差、明度差、色度差、饱和度差、色相差。结果:肝原性黄疸阴黄与阳黄患者面色在CIE LAB色空间表现出明显不同的分布特点,阴黄与阳黄患者在鼻尖与额头部位的总色差分别为9.98和5.82色差单位,其中明度差为主要成份,分别为9.95和5.67色差单位。结论:通过CIE LAB色空间的色差比较,显示肝原性黄疸阴黄与阳黄患者的面色存在着明显色差及其特点,与临床表现特点相符,为黄疸的中医辨证分型提供了客观参考指标。Objective： To study the data of facial complexion in hepatogenic jaundice which were detected by optical spectrum colorimetry,and analyse the differences of colorimetric between Yin Zheng and Yang Zheng jaundice.Methods： Facial complexion data from 268 eligible hepatogenic jaundice patients were collected and divided into Yin Zheng and Yang Zheng jaundice groups according to the feature of the clinical classification.The distribution in the CIE LAB uniform color space were observed,and the difference of overall colorimetric,clarity,chroma,saturation and tone were analysed.Results： There were different distribution area of the facial complexion between Yin Zheng and Yang Zheng jaundice groups in the CIE LAB color threedimensional space,while the values of L＊ of Yang Zheng jaundice were higher than that of Yin Zheng jaundice（P ＆lt; 0.001）.The difference of overall colorimetric on tip of the nose and forehead were 9.98 and 5.82 error of chromatic units,with the largest value clarity.Conclusion： There is obvious differences of colorimetric between Yin Zheng and Yang Zheng jaundice groups,which are consistent with the characteristic in clinical,and could be the reference for TCM syndrome classification in jaundice.
