摘　　要：分析了湖州电网黑启动电源及可能路径,提出了湖州电网黑启动恢复路径及区域划分原则,阐述了湖州电网黑启动问题的防范措施,制定了具体的湖州电网黑启动方案.This article analyses the black - start power supply of the Huzhou power system and its possible path, puts forward the black-start recovery path of the Huzhou power system and the area di- vision principles, expounds the preventive measures for the black- start issues of the Huzhou power system, and formulates the specific black- start scheme for the Huzhou power system.
