摘 要:为提高酸化后牛粪的分离效率,用研制的螺旋挤压式固液分离机对酸化牛粪进行分离试验研究。采用二次正交旋转组合试验方法,以分离后固形物TS、生产效率、去除率作为目标函数,以加水量、榨条间隙、螺旋转速作为影响因素,对影响固液分离性能的参数进行优化组合,结果表明:当最优组合在水料质量比为0.71,榨条间隙为0.96 mm,螺旋转速为72 r.min-1,得到的分离后固形物TS含量39.67%,分离效率0.38 t.h-1,固体去除率59.39%。为酸化后牛粪固液分离技术的应用提供工艺参数。In order to improve separation efficiency of the acidified cow dung, optimization experiments were carded on separation of the acidified cow dung on screw extrusion solid-liquid separator. The secondary orthogonal rotation test methods were adopted, using separated solids TS, production efficiency, the removal rate as the objective function, and the amount of water, virgin Article gap, screw speed as influencing factors. Parameters that affected the performance of the solid-liquid separation device were optimized and combined, the results showed that: with ratio of water of 0.71, the virgin Article gap of 0.96 mm, and the screw speed of 72 r o min", the separation of solids TS content of 39.67%, the separation efficiency of 0.38 t/h, and solids removal efficiency of 59.39% were obtained to provide the process parameters for the application of acidified cow dung solid-liquid separation.
