摘 要:采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,选用3只安装水久性瘤胃瘘管黄淮白山羊,分别饲喂3种不同精粗比日粮(精粗比为3 7、4 6、5 5),探讨日粮精粗比对黄淮白山羊瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度影响。结果表明,随精料水平增加瘤胃乙酸、丁酸含量降低,丙酸含量增加;随采食时间延长挥发性脂肪酸含量呈增加后降低趋势。精粗比为5 5日粮更有利于增加黄淮白山羊生产性能。In order to research the effect of forage to concentrate ratio on volatile fatty acid (VFA) of Huanghuai white goat, three rumen-flstulated Huanghuai white goats were selected in the experiment by a 3× 3 Latin square design, and treated under three dietaries which forage to concentrate ratio were 3: 7, 4: 6, 5: 5, respectively. The results showed that concentration of acetate acid and butydc acid were decreased and propionate acid were increased with the level of concentrate addition. At the same time, VFA of Huanghuai white goat rumen were increased from 0 to 4 hand decreased from 4to 12 h after feeding. The conclusion that the group of forage to concentrate ratio 5:5 could promote the production of Huanghuai white goat:
