摘　　要：在过去的百年中,曾产生过若干个重要的海上货物运输立法,其中的经验与教训值得深思。文章从海上货物运输法的历史沿革出发,对制约海运公约效力的因素加以详细剖析,总结海上货物运输法的基本特征,对《鹿特丹规则》的发展趋势做出了预测并提出中国的应对策略。In the past one hundred years, there are several important conventions and legislations on the carriage of goods by sea. The experiences and lessons of these legislations are worth considering. This paper, through introducing the history de- velopment of several important conventions and legislations on the carriage of goods by sea, analyzes the factors that have af- fected the acceptance and ratification of the conventions, summarizes the characteristics of carriage of goods by sea legisla- tions, predicts the future development of the Rotterdam Rules, and puts forward recommendations to the Chinese government.
