摘  要:为研究猪基因工程干扰素对PCV2灭活疫苗抗体水平的影响,将60头14日龄仔猪随机分成A、B、C和D四组,每组15头。分别于14日龄和28日龄颈部肌肉注射PCV2灭活疫苗1 mL/头,同时给仔猪注射高(50万单位)、中(25万单位)和低(12.5万单位)剂量的干扰素,对照组不注射干扰素,分别检测首免后14 d、21 d、28 d和35 d仔猪PCV2 ELISA抗体及中和抗体。结果表明,中剂量干扰素组PCV2 ELISA抗体及中和抗体水平最高,显著高于低剂量组和高剂量组,且极显著高于对照组。说明猪基因工程干扰素可提高PCV2抗体水平,且以中剂量注射效果最好。60 piglets (14-days old) were randomly divided into 4 groups: Group A, B, C and pigs per group), and were injected into lml PCV2 inactivated vaccine, respectively plus 0.5 (high D (15 dose), 0.25 (media dose), 0.125 (low dose) and 0 (control) million unit interferon at 14-days old and 28-days old. The ELISA and Neutralizing antibody of PCV2 were determined in 14, 21, 28 and 35 days after the 1st immunization. The ELISA and Neutralizing antibody in media dose group indicated the highest level, was significantly higher than in low and high dose group, and was highly significantly higher than in control group. The genetic interferon of swine can improve antibody level of PCV2, the media dose injection indicated the best performance.
