口服显影剂诊断老年胃及十二指肠疾病212例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨口服显影剂在老年胃及十二指肠疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法收集我院2010年10月至2012年4月门诊体检中有上腹不适等主诉而疑有胃肠疾病的老年患者358例,口服显影剂后进行胃及十二指肠超声检查,部分与同期胃镜及病理检查结果作对照。结果 358例中212例经胃镜及病理证实,172例(81.1%)显影检查与胃镜及病理检查结果相符合。结论口服显影剂检查在老年胃及十二指肠疾病诊断中有较高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the application value of oral ultrasonic gastroduodenal contrast examination in the diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases. Methods Collected and analyzed 358 cases of physical examination in our hospital outpatient service, from Oct, 2010 to Apr, 2012, in which all the elderly patients who stated having upper bellyache underwent ultrasound examination af- ter taking oral acoustic contrast agent. The results of ultrasound were compared with the results of gastroscopy and pathology. Results Among the group, 212 cases were confirmed by gastroscopy and pathological examination, the accurate of ultrasonic diagnosis is 81. 1%. Conclusions Ultrasonic gastroduodenal contrast examination is an effective method in the diagnosis of ederly gastroduodenal diseases.
