摘　　要：目的评价EV导管针在介入超声中的应用价值。方法超声引导下使用EV导管针对含液性病变进行穿刺诊断与治疗。结果 177次穿刺均一次成功,无严重并发症,在安全性和操作方便上优于金属PTC针。结论 EV导管针应用于介入超声中具有使用广泛、操作简便、安全可靠、引流效果好等优点。Objective To evaluate the value of EV catheter needle in intervention ultrasound. Methods Ultrasound guided puncture and aspiration was performed in 177 patients with liquid focus by using EV trocar. Results Ultrasound guided puncture and aspiration was performed in 177 patients with liquid-containing lesions by using EV catheter needle. Conclusions with common metallic catheter needle,EV catheter needle is easy operation, safe and without severe complications. Conclusion The application of EV catheter needle in the interventional ultrasound is widely used, simple, accurate, safe and convenient.
