摘　　要：介绍了一个停车诱导系统的具体设计和实现过程。给出了系统的总体设计架构和功能分析,着重分析了停车位信息的采集、处理、发布等过程。基于JavaEE技术、手机开发技术,实现了停车诱导信息的Web网站、手机客户端、手机Wap网站和手机短信,以及新浪微博等多途径的信息发布。该系统在杭州市智慧城市建设项目中得以应用,达到了系统设计目标。The design and implementation of a parking guidance system is introduced in this paper. The overall design framework and function analysis of the system are given. The acquisition, processing and dissemination of parking information are discussed. Finally, based on JavaEE and mobile phone technology, the dissemination of parking guidance information is realized through Web website, mobile phone APP, Wap website, SMS , Sina micro-blog, etc. The system eventually is applied in construction projects of Hangzhou as an intelligent city, and has achieved the original design goal.
