摘  要:研究了聚羧酸减水剂在水泥、矿渣及粉煤灰上的吸附行为。分析了聚羧酸减水剂在不同胶凝材料上的吸附量差异及其对各浆体的屈服应力及塑性黏度的影响。试验结果表明,矿渣的吸附量最小,粉煤灰的吸附量在聚羧酸减水剂低掺量条件下相对较高,水泥对聚羧酸减水剂的饱和吸附量最大。流变结果表明,未掺聚羧酸减水剂时,矿渣、粉煤灰的掺入并没有改善浆体流变性能;矿渣、粉煤灰掺入可以改善水泥-聚羧酸减水剂体系的流变性能;矿渣浆体性质在聚羧酸减水剂作用下变化最大。In this study adsorption behavior of ploycarboxylate-based water reducer(PC) on cement, fly ash and slag particles was investigated. Effects of adsorption content of PC on different cementitious materials and its effects on yield stress and plastic viscosity of paste were analyzed. The results show that the adsorption amount of slag was the lowest, the adsorption amount of fly ash was more than others under the condition of lower dosage of PC, and saturated adsorption of cement particles was more than others. The results of rheology show that properties of cement paste were not improved when mixed with fly ash or slag without PC, but rheology properties of slag and fly ash cement paste were improved by mixing PC. And slag paste was sensitive with PC.
