白银市2011年孕妇及哺乳期妇女碘营养状况监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解我市孕妇及哺乳期妇女碘营养状况和碘盐作为补碘的主要途径能否满足特需人群碘营养需要,为今后科学防治碘缺乏病提供依据。方法采用WS/T107-2006-尿中碘的砷铈催化分分光光度测定方法进行尿碘检测;采用GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法进行盐碘检测。结果孕妇尿碘中位数为128μg/L,哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数为135μg/L,均未达到国家推荐标准(尿碘中位数≥150μg/L),孕妇尿碘<150μg/L人数占62.7%,哺乳期妇女<150μg/L人数占57.1%;白银市碘盐覆盖率为99.5%,合格碘盐食用率为96.9%,达到国家监测标准(碘盐覆盖率>90%)。结论白银市孕妇及哺乳期妇女碘营养状况欠佳,仅食用碘盐不能满足特需人群碘营养需要。为保护每一位新生儿免受碘营养缺乏的危害,应加强特需人群特别是孕妇及哺乳期妇女碘营养状况监测;除食用碘盐外,孕妇及哺乳期妇女应适度增加其他摄碘途径。Objective To assess the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women and lactating women of Baiyin city and to know whether iodized salt as the main iodine source can fill people＇s demand who need more iodine in a special period,and provide the basis for future scientific control of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods Urinary iodine was measured by WS/T107-2006-As3＋-Ce4＋catalytic spectrophotometry.Salt iodine was measured by GB/T13025.7-1999-Direct titration.Results The urinary median iodine of pregnant women was 128 μg/L.The urinary median iodine of lactating women was 135 μg/L.They didn＇t meet the national recommended standard（The urinary median iodine≥150 μg/L）.The number of pregnant women whose urinary iodine was lower than 150 μg/L was 62.7%.The number of lactating women whose urinary iodine was lower than 150 μg/L was 57.1%.Iodized salt coverage rate was 99.5% in Baiyin city.Qualified iodized salt was 96.9%.It met the national recommended standard（Iodized salt coverage rate90%）.Conclusions Iodine nutritional status of pregnant women and lactating women of Baiyin City was in poor condition.The iodized salt as the only iodine source can not fill the demand of pregnant women and lactating women whose diet structure was simple in the region.To assure every new life＇s brain not to be damaged by iodine deficiency,surveillance should be enhanced in people who need more iodine.In addition to the consumption of iodized salt,pregnant women and lactating women should be increased appropriate iodine.
