术前心理护理在老年患者急诊手术中的探讨

摘　　要：目的解决急诊老年患者术前恐惧、焦虑等心理反应,使其在术前保持积极的心理状态,促进手术成功和减少术后并发症。方法采用自制调查问卷进行调查100例急诊老年患者的术前心理健康状况,然后进行统计分析,找出急诊老年患者术前焦虑的主要原因再进行心理护理。结果从100例急诊老年患者中有92例急诊老年患者因不同原因处于不同程度的焦虑状态。结论分析急诊老年手术患者产生术前焦虑心理的主要原因,实行有效的术前心理护理,对保证手术顺利进行和减少术后并发症具有重要的意义。Objective To solve the emergency in elderly patients with preoperative psychological reactions such as fear,anxiety,make elderly patients keeping a positive state before operation,promote successful operation,and reduce postoperative complications.Methods By using self-made questionnaire to investigate 100 cases emergency treatment of elderly patients with preoperative mental health status,and then through statistical analysis,find out the main reasons about preoperative anxiety in the emergency treatment of elderly patients,then used psychological nursing.Results From 100 cases emergency treatment of elderly patients,92 cases were due to different reasons in different anxiety state.Conclusions To analyze the main reason about preoperative anxiety in the emergency treatment of elderly patients,then implement the effective preoperative psychological care,it has the vital significance to ensure smooth operation and reduce postoperative complications.
