同期腹腔镜胆囊切除并肾囊肿去顶减压术29例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除同期肾囊肿去顶减压术的可行性。方法 2008年1月-2012年5月对29例慢性结石性胆囊炎合并肾囊肿患者同期行腹腔镜胆囊切除并肾囊肿去顶减压术。结果 29例均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹,未发生胆道、肠管、血管损伤及术后出血、感染、胆漏、肠漏、尿漏等现象。结论腹腔镜同期处理胆囊良性疾病(结石或息肉)及肾囊肿创伤小,避免了2次麻醉、2次手术,减少了患者痛苦及医疗费用,且安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with unroofing and decompression. Methods In this retrospective analysis, 29 patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with unroofing and decompression were included. Results The surgeries were performed successfully in all the patients. No laparotomy was needed during the surgeries. No biliary tract, intestinal canal and vascular injuries were noted. No postoperative bleeding, infection, bile leakage, intestinal leakage, urinary leakage was identified. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with unroofing and decompression showed less trauma for the treatment of cyst of kidney and benign gallbladder diseases including calculus and polyps, which avoided the second-stage anesthesia and surgeries. It could be promoted in the clinical practice.
