热休克蛋白70和Ki67蛋白在宫颈病变中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨热休克蛋白70(heat shork protein 70,HSP70)和Ki67蛋白在宫颈病变中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测HSP70和Ki67蛋白在62例宫颈鳞癌、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelialneoplasia,CIN)、12例慢性宫颈炎中的表达。结果 HSP70和Ki67蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达(71.0%、77.4%)显著高于慢性宫颈炎(0、0)(P<0.05);Ki67在CINⅢ中的表达(45.5%)显著高于慢性宫颈炎(0)(P<0.05),Ki67在宫颈鳞癌(77.4%)和CINⅢ(45.5%)中的阳性表达无差异(P>0.05);宫颈鳞癌中HSP70和Ki67的表达与病理级别、临床期别、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);HSP70和Ki67在宫颈鳞癌中的表达有关(P<0.05)。结论 HSP70和Ki67可能协同促进了宫颈鳞癌的发展;CIN中Ki67的过度表达可能预示病变的恶性发展趋势。Objective To explore the expression of HSP70 and Ki67 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation. Methods Immunohistochemical method for HSP70 and Ki67 were performed on 62 cases of cervical squamous carcinomas, 20 cases of C1N and 12 cases of cervicitis. Results In cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of HSPT0 and Ki67 （71.0%, 77.4%） was significantly higher than these of cervicitis （0, 0） （P 〈 0.05）; the expression of Ki67 in CIN Ⅲ （45.5%） was significantly higher than in eervicitis （0）（P 〈 0.05）, the expression of Ki67 between cervical squamous cell carcinoma （77.4%） and CIN Ⅲ （45.5%） did not have statistics meaning （P 〉 0.05）; the expression of HSP70 and Ki67 was significantly correlated with the pathological grade, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis, the expression of HSP70 was correlated with the expression of Ki67 In cervical squamous cell carcinoma （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion HSP70 and Ki67 should play an important role in the genesis and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma; the expression of Ki67 in CIN should be a malignant trend.
