摘　　要：根据炼油装置再生器出口闸阀的使用工况和闸板失效的形貌,通过采取金相和X射线荧光等测试技术对闸板失效原因进行了分析,确定了闸板失效的主要原因为低温热腐蚀,根据低温热腐蚀发生的条件,提出了解决方案。Based on the working condition of the slide valve and the morphology of the failure disc, the failure mechanism of the disc was studied by means of metallography, XRD and XRF. The clearance between the valve plate and the valve seat, erosion at small opening, high temperature oxidation and other mechanism was eliminated. Low temperature hot corrosion was the main factor that leads to the failure of the disc. Solution was raised based the occurrence condition of low temperature hot corrosion.
