摘　　要：介绍了加氢单元传统操作理论在实际生产中的操作变化,分析改变传统操作理念的原因,总结了苯加氢装置加氢单元生产操作的一些经验。Operative changes of conventional operation theory for benzene hydrogenation unit in real production is introduced, the reason for altering the conventional operation concept is analyzed and some experience in productive operation of the benzene hydrogenation unit in the benzene hydrogenation system is concluded.
