煤焦化公司煤场合理布局的实践

摘　　要：统计分析了煤焦化公司2012年上半年配煤组成结构,了解2012年炼焦煤资源状况,确定了煤焦化公司炼焦煤的主要品种。结合煤焦化公司煤场特点,进行合理安排布局,从而极大地提高了主要品种储存保供能力,另一方面也极大地缓冲了因铁路运输等因素造成的煤炭到达不均衡对卸车、保供造成的影响。为煤场标准化作业创造了良好的条件,为焦炭质量长周期稳定奠定了基础。The coal blending structure of Masteel Coking Company during the first half year of 2012 was summed and ana- lyzed, resources of coking coal were studied and the main types of caking coal for Masteel were determined. Capacity of stor- age and supply guarantee for main types of coking coal was significantly improved through rational layout of the coal storage yard, while the effect of uneven coal delivery due to factors such as railway transportation on unloading and supply guarantee was greatly relieved. Thus, favorable conditions for standardized operation of the coal yard were created, laying a firm foun- dation for long-term stable coke quality.
