摘　　要：介绍了马钢6m焦炉机焦侧同时揭顶切除的实践经验,分析了单侧修理和同步修理的利弊,总结了焦炉机焦侧炉头同时切除过程中控制炉体膨胀、铁件管理和温度控制的办法。在炉墙单侧揭顶切除修复成功的基础上,成功探索出了6m米焦炉机焦侧同步揭顶切除技术,有效缓解了生产和炉体维修之间的矛盾。Practical experience in simultaneous overhaul of both pusher side and coke side of Masteel＇s 6m coke ovens is introduced, while the advantages and disadvantages of single--side and two--side repair are analyzed and management method for control of oven expansion, iron part and temperature during simultaneous removal of oven ports of both sides are summarized. Simultaneous overhaul technology of both pusher side and coke side of 6m coke ovens has been successfully explored based on single--side repair technology, effectively relieving the contradiction between production and even repair.
