PP/POE/LLDPE三元复合材料的改性研究

摘  要:对采用熔融共混法制备的PP/POE/LLDPE三元复合材料的力学及物理性能进行了测试研究,结果表明:三元复合材料较PP/POE复合材料具有较高的拉伸强度、杨氏模量、冲击韧性和透光率;PP/POE/LLDPE配比为90/10/5的三元共混体系具有最佳的力学性能和透光性,随着LLDPE含量的增加,三元复合材料的屈服应变、断裂伸长率、冲击韧性和透光率逐渐减小,拉伸强度和杨氏模量依次增大。The mechanical and physical properties of PP/POE/LLDPE ternary composites prepared by using the melt blending method were studied in this paper.The results showed that the tensile strength,Young’s modulus,the impact toughness and the transmittance for the ternary composites are were greater than that of PP/ POE composite.When the ratio of PP∶ POE∶ LLDPE was 90∶ 10∶ 5 the composite exhibited the best mechanical and transmittance properties.With an increase in LLDPE content the yield strain,the elongation at break,the impact toughness and the transmittance of the ternary composites decreased gradually,whereas their tensile strength,and Young's modulus increased in turn and continuously.
