摘  要:活性氧化铝(γ-Al_2O_3)颜料凭借其表面积大、密度小、白度高、结构软、印刷性能良好等特点,在涂布纸中得到了广泛的应用。但颜料存在易团聚、在水中分散性差的问题。本研究采用TL-3A偶联剂对γ-Al_2O_3颜料表面进行改性,通过正交试验和单因素实验相结合的方式确定最佳改性条件。实验结果表明:各因素对多分散系数PDI的影响顺序为偶联剂的添加量>改性时间>改性温度;改性的最佳条件包括偶联剂添加量为γ-Al_2O_3的2.0wt%,改性时间是30min,改性温度是50℃。扫描电镜图结果显示,改性后γ-Al_2O_3的分散性得到了很大改善,有利于水性涂料的配制。γ - ml203 namely activated alumina or alumina gel is widely used as a pigment in the inkjet paper at present. But it is easy to come out a particles agglomeration problem to restrict its application. In this paper,γ-Al2O3 was modified by coupling agent TL - 3A to improve its dispersion in water. The parameters of addition quantity of coupling agent, modification time and modification temperature were discussed. Optimum modification conditions were studied by combining orthogonal experiment with single factor experiment. The results showed that the addition quantity of coupling agent plays the most important role among three experiment factors. The optimum modification conditions included that addition quantity of cou- pling agent is 2.0wt%, modification time is 30min, modification temperature is 50 ℃. The SEM images proved that the dis- persion of modified ), γ-Al2O3 is improved. It is beneficial to prepare the water- borne coatings.
