摘  要:随着科技的进步,传统的静态性能分析已经不能满足当今对橡胶制品性能的评价要求。本研究通过动态力学分析法,研究了橡胶制品在长时间周期应变作用过程中的动态性能的变化,并通过核磁共振交联密度仪以及动态力学分析仪对试样在周期测试前后的网络结构进行了表征。结果表明,经过长时间周期应变作用,试样的网络结构会变得更加均匀,易于分散应力,从而形成一种特殊的两相结构。这两相在不同的应变范围内产生作用,其中一相在设定应变内可以均匀分散应力,降低损耗;另一相则在较大应变下才会产生形变。With the development of technology, it was realized that routine static properties cannot be the only way to evaluate the performance of rubber product. Through emulating service environments, changes of the properties of rubber during using were measured with dynamic mechanical analysis, to evaluate the quality of product and improve the research and production. In this study, the changes of dynamic properties of the rubber sample in the fatigue process were researched using DMA. The evolution of network structure in the process was characterized using Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer(DMA) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR). The results showed that the network structure of the rubber sample was evolved along with the action of the amplitude of cyclic strain for a long time. The network became more uniformity to disperse the outer stress easily, and then a special dual -phase network structure was formed. The dual -phase network was broken down at different strain amplitudes. One phase network was destroyed at the strain amplitude set up in the fatigue testing, and the other phase was broken down at bigger strain amplitude.
