摘 要:目的测量树鼩听骨链数据并分析中耳增压情况,为树鼩耳科实验提供依据。方法借助解剖显微镜对树鼩听骨链结构进行解剖观察及拍照测量,并对所得数据进行相关性分析。结果测量树鼩锤骨、砧骨、镫骨听骨链数据等;对树鼩锤骨柄长与砧骨长脚长度,锤骨全长与砧骨长脚长度,鼓膜面积与镫骨底板面积进行相关性检测发现,三者之间存在显著相关性。结论树鼩听骨链结构及中耳增压情况均与人有较大的相似性,为利用树鼩开展耳科研究提供参考依据。Objective Investigate and measure the tree shrew ossicular chain in order to provide anatomical reference for tree shrew ear experiments. Methods The components of auditory organs of tree shrew were isolated by microscopic anatomy,then taking their photos by using a dissecting microscope and measuring some length indexes from these photos by ImageJ software. After that,the relationship between these indexes was analyzed. Results By measuring the ossicular chain,it was show that there were remarkable corelation ships between the length of handle malleus and incus long limb,the full-length of malleus and incus long limb,the tympanic membrane and base of stapes respectively. Conclusion Substantial similarities were seen between the tree shrew and human ears,which can provide the reference basis for the use of tree shrew in otology research
