金蝉止痒胶囊联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察金蝉止痒胶囊联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 120例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组60例,口服金蝉止痒胶囊6粒,每天3次,地氯雷他定8.8mg,每天1次;对照组60例,口服地氯雷他定8.8mg,每天1次,疗程均为4周。观察2组治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率为91.67%高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金蝉止痒胶囊联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效优于单纯用地氯雷他定。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jin Chan itching capsules combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases） ,oral 6 grain of Jin Chan itching capsule,3 times / d,and loratadine 8. 8 mg,1/d; The control group （60 cases） ,oral loratadine 8. 8 mg,1/d,a course of 4 weeks. Observe the clinical effect of 2 groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 67% ,which was higher than 76. 67% of the control group,and there were significant differences between 2 groups（P0. 05） . Conclusion The curative effect of Jin Chan itching capsules combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria is superior to the pure loratadine.
