胶原贴敷料在面部脱毛术后的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察胶原贴敷料预防面部脱毛术后的不良反应的疗效。方法 150例男性面部多毛患者随机分为治疗组(80例)与对照组(70例)。治疗组强脉冲光子脱毛治疗后外用胶原贴敷料,1次/d,共1周。对照组只进行强脉冲光子脱毛治疗,术后不予特殊处理,随访两周,观察局部不良反应发生率。结果治疗结束后治疗组局部不良反应发生率为3.75%(3/80),对照组局部不良反应发生率为12.86%(9/70),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶原贴敷料在面部脱毛术后的应用可以明显降低局部不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the effect of collagen dressing in postoperative nursing of facial hair removing with intense pulsed light.Methods 150 male patients rececved IPL treatment were randomly assigned to two groups,the trail group（80cases） were treated with daily local appliance the collagen dressing after facial hair removing with intense pulsed light while the control group（70cases） were treated with facial hair removing with intense pulsed light only.Local side effects rates were evaluated after two weeks.Results Local side effects rates for the trial group was 3.75%（3/80）,the control group was 12.86%（9/70）,with significant difference between them（P 0.05）.Conclusion Collagen dressing can be used postoperative nurs ing of facial hair removing with intense pulsed light.
