钩端螺旋体病患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-2的检测及分析

摘　　要：目的检测49例流感伤寒型、黄疸出血型、肺出血型钩端螺旋体病(钩体病)患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-2的水平,分析这些细胞因子在钩体病发生发展中的作用。方法采用ELISA法检测钩体病患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-2的水平,统计分析3种类型钩体病患者以及健康对照组血清中3种细胞因子水平的差异性。结果钩体病患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);钩体病3种临床类型相比,肺出血型患者血清TNF-α水平显著高于流感伤寒型及黄疸出血型(P<0.05);IL-6在黄疸出血型、肺出血型患者血清中的水平也明显高于流感伤寒型(P<0.01);钩体病患者血清IL-2水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论钩体病患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6水平明显增高,可能与钩体病发生发展及器官损伤有关。Objective To detect the levels of TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-2 in the serum of 49 patients with Flu typhoid,Well＇s syndrome and PDH of leptospirosis,and to explore the role of the three cytokines in the leptospirosis development. Methods The levels of TNF-a,IL-6 and IL-2 were detected using ELISA. The differences of the three cytokines among the Flu typhoid,Well＇s syndrome,PDH and healthy control were analyzed. Results The patients with leptospirosis have significant higher expressions levels of TNF-a and IL-6 than healthy control（P〈0.01）. The level of TNF-a of patients with PDH was dramatically increased （16.2±6.4） pg/mL compared with Flu typhoid and Weil＇s syndrome patients （P〈0.05）; and the levels of IL-6 of both Well＇s syndrome and PDH patients increased significantly （138.9±40.4 and 202.3±73.3） pg/mL than Flu typhoid ones （P〈0.01）. There was no difference in the levels of IL-2 between the patients with leptospirosis and healthy control （P〉0.05）. Conclutions Levels of TNF-a,IL-6 in serum of patients with leptospirosis were increased, which may be related to the occurrence and development of ieptospirosis and organ injury.
