摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效和临床特点。方法对2006年1月～2012年6月我院收治的37例(42眼)慢性泪囊炎患者行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术,并回顾分析其临床资料、总结手术方法、观察临床疗效。结果 37例(42眼)患者术后均随访6个月以上,治愈32例(37眼),好转4例(4眼),无效1例(1眼)。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术是治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种有效方法,且通过对鼻-鼻窦疾病的治疗及术后随访处理可提高鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的疗效。Objective To study the curative effect in treating chronic dacryocystitis by endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods In total,there were 37 （42 eyes） patients who suffered chronic dacryocystitis has been subjected to endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy from January 2003 to June 2012. Their clinical data were analyzed,and the effect of the surgery was evaluated. Results All patients were followed-up for more than half a year. There were 32 eases （37 eyes） were cured,4 cases （4 eyes） were obviously improved,only 1 case （1 eye） was failed. Conclusion Endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy is an effective surgical method to treat chronic dacryocystitis. Management of rhinosinusal disorders and postoperative follow-up are crucial for the success of endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy.
