术前心理干预对家族性乳腺癌患者焦虑状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨术前心理干预对家族性乳腺癌患者焦虑状况的影响。方法选取家族性乳腺癌手术患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组除常规护理外,接受心理干预,对照组只进行常规护理。采用焦虑量表(SAS)及状态-特质焦虑自评量表进行调查与对比分析。结果干预前实验组和对照组SBP、DBP、HR、SAS、S-AI及T-AI值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后实验组和对照组SBP、DBP和HR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后实验组SAS、S-AI及T-AI值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组干预前SAS、S-AI及T-AI值显著高于干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组干预前、后SAS、S-AI及T-AI值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对家族性乳腺癌手术患者进行心理干预可有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,保持良好的身心状态,有利于身体康复。Objective To explore the effect of preoperative psychological experimental on the anxiety status of patients with familial breast cancer. Methods 80 patients with familial breast cancer subjected to surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were additionally cared with psychological intervention compared with the ones which were cared only with routine nursing care in the control group. The anxiety scale （SAS） and state-trait anxiety self-assessment questionnaire were used for analyses. Results Before intervention,there were no significant difference of the blood pressure,heart rate, SAS, S-AI and T-AI values between the case and the control group （P〉0. 05）. After intervention,though there was no statistical difference （P〉0.05） were observed between the experimental group and the control group in blood pressure and heart rate, SAS, S-AI and T-AI values in the case group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the experimental group, SAS,S-AI and T-AI values recorded before the intervention were significantly higher than those detected after the intervention （P〈0. 05）. While these values recorded before and after the intervention displayed no significant difference in the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention in patients with familial breast cancer surgery can effectively alleviate the anxiety,and thus help the patients to keep a good state of both body and mind. It is conducive to the physical recovery.
