静脉治疗护理风险防范预案在安全护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的调查我院2012年静脉治疗护理缺陷,分析静脉治疗不良事件发生的原因并提出护理风险防范预案。方法回顾性分析2012年经我院护理质量委员会讨论定性的62例护理缺陷的分类和发生原因,进行登记,并计算相应的百分比。结果 2012年62例护理不良事件中,静脉治疗引起的护理缺陷有31例,占护理缺陷总例数的50%;最主要的原因是输液外渗和漏注、多注、错注液体,分别占38.7%和35.5%。结论我院静脉治疗护理风险较高,防范措施为:多方面抓教育,转变安全态度;成立静脉治疗小组,夯实静脉治疗技术,落实静脉治疗监督工作;加强组织管理,提高服务质量;规范护理文件书写,严格执行"三查七对"制度。Objective To analyze the nursing defects in intravenous therapy in our hospital,and to find out the causes for the poor outcome of intravenous treatment,and then to make some plans to prevent the nursing risk for our paramedic. Methods Analyzed the cause of the 62 cases with poor nursing during 2012 in retrospective, and then classified. These cases were determined by the nursing quality commission in a qualitative discussion. All the information came from the nursing department of our hospital. Results There were 31 nursing defects in intravenous therapy, accounting for 50~/＇00 nursing defects. The frequency of defects occurrence related with the awareness of nursing risk prevention. Conclusion By means of taking corresponding measures for nursing safety management in our hospital, the nurses become more aware of the importance of nursing safety consciousness. Strict implementation of the system and management, improved nursing safety training and a harmonious team work are key factors for the nursing safety.
