摘　　要：在10 kV配电网改造过渡时期,通过采用更改主变压器连接组别方式和联络变压器过渡形式,能很好地解决10 kV和20 kV的联络问题。结合不同供电区域的特性及用户侧周边电压等级情况,给出城市和农村区域以及用户侧升压改造方案,通过对各方案的结构及组成环节等方面进行分析,旨在解决不同供电区域升压改造的问题。During transitional period for reform of 10 kV distribution network, it is feasible to solve connection problems of 10 kV and 20 kV by changing connections of main transformer and transitional way of interconnecting transformer. Combining characteristics of different power supply areas and voltage grades around demand side, this paper proposes boosting reform schemes for cities, countries and demand sides. By analyzing structure and component parts of various schemes, it offers a proposal to solve problems of boosting reform in different power supply areas.
