摘  要:以某电厂300 MW燃煤发电机组在A级检修期间的精细化管理为例,从热工保护系统电源的合理设置、分散控制系统保护和汽轮机紧急跳闸系统的逻辑优化、更换数字式电液调节系统的注意事项等方面,分析和总结了提高燃煤发电机组热工保护可靠性的措施。该机组在A级检修后700多天未出现异常,实践表明通过合理的设备改造、逻辑优化和强化管理,可以有效提高热工保护的可靠性。Taking some fine management case of 300 MW coal-fired generating unit of one power plant during the period of A grade overhaul as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes measures for improving thermal protection reliability of coal-fired generating unit in aspects of reasonable set of thermal protection system power source, distributed control system protection, logic optimization of steam turbine emergency trip system and matters need attention for changing digital electro- hydraulic control system. Practical operation shows that this unit is keeping normal in over 700 days after overhaul and practice indicates by reasonable equipment reform, logic optimization and strengthening management, it is effective to improve reliability of thermal protection.
