摘　　要：介绍了有效控制建设工程造价、降低工程成本的新途径,并从施工材料的选择及现场管理、地基处理方案的选择等方面进行了阐述,指出只有通过科学理性的运用定额,研究探讨合理的施工组织措施,才能达到降低成本,提高利润的目的。This paper introduced the new ways to effective control of construction project cost, reduce engineering cost, and elaborated from con- struction materials selection and on-site management, foundation treatment scheme selection other aspects, pointed out that only by using scientific and reasonable apply quota, explored and discussed reasonable construction organization measures, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing costs, increasing profits.
