摘　　要：介绍了价值工程中的定义及特点,并对价值功能在实际工程中的功能进行了分析,通过分析整理,对其进行了终审评价,同时提出了项目方案的创造方法,以保证价值工程管理的科学性。The paper introduces the definition and features of the value projects,undertakes the analysis of the functions of value function in factual projects,undertakes the final evaluation by the analysis and arrangement,and points out the creating methods for the program scheme,so as to ensure the management of the value projects to be scientific.
