摘 要:为验证反拉力对超声振动拉丝的作用效果,研制了一套大功率复合超声振动拉丝实验系统,系统由超声波电源、换能器、变幅杆、传振杆等组成.按照是否施加反拉力2种情况,进行了复合超声振动在干摩擦下直接拉拔钛丝及钛合金丝的工艺和性能实验.利用扫描电镜对所拉拔的钛及钛合金丝材进行了表面质量观测,对比了施加反拉力前后所加工丝材的表面形貌.实验结果表明:当超声振动系统的功率和振幅足够时,可实现在干摩擦下直接拉拔钛及钛合金丝材.反拉力的施加可以提高丝材的表面工艺质量,降低断丝率和加工成本.验证了在拉丝过程中施加临界反拉力可以在保持拉拔应力基本不变的情况下,降低丝材表面摩擦应力的结论,探索了提高丝材表面工艺质量的途径.In order to verify the action effect of an anti-pull on wire drawing utilizing the ultrasonic vibration,a set of experiment systems on wire drawingutilizing the high power composite ultrasonic vibration,which includes an ultrasonic power supply,a transducer device,a horn and a vibration rod,was designed and built.A series of drawing technology and property experiment of titanium and titanium alloy wire divided into two groups by using whether exerting anti-pull or not,were conducted.The surface appearance of titanium and titanium alloy wire were detected by using an scanning electron microscope(SEM) and the compared analysis of the surface quality between pre-and post exerting anti-pull was also completed.The experiment result shows that when ultrasonic vibration power and amplitude were sufficient,the titanium and titanium alloy wire which was straightly drawn on dry friction was practicable.The surface quality can be improved by exerting anti-pull,the broken ratio and processing cost can also be reduced.The simulation conclusion reveals that the critical anti-pull can reduce the friction on the wire surface without changing the portrait drawing stress when tested,and the research on the new method for improving the surface process quality was achieved.
