摘　　要：互联网的迅猛发展为青年大学生的成长和发展创造了更多的机遇,网络文化使大学生在网络社会中的公民意识观念也发生着深刻的变化,不但冲击着他们的思想观念、价值观念,影响着大学生的行为方式,也给网络环境下的大学生思想政治教育提出了严峻挑战。The rapid development of the Interact provide mort opportunities for young college students＇ growth and development. Network culture also greatly changes college students＇ consciousness of citizen and conflicts their ideological and value concepts, which also severely challenges college students＇ ideological ant political education in the network environment.
