摘　　要：对国内外目前对留置针在儿科临床使用的各项操作技能到留置针维护、不良反应的预防进行综述,指出儿科留置针使用过程中尚有待解决的问题很多,安全依然是人们最为关注的焦点。Through a review of the operation skills of vein de- tained needle in clinical paediatrics, the maintenance of detained needles and the prevention of adverse reaction, this paper points that there are still many problems to be solved in the use of de- tained needles in paediatrics, and safety is still a focus.
