摘　　要：先进军事文化在提升部队战斗力中起着重要作用。战斗力是先进军事文化赖以生存和发展的前提,也是检验先进军事文化建设的根本标准;先进军事文化正确反映了战斗力发展的内在要求;先进军事文化建设的最终目的是催生战斗力、确保打得赢。Advanced military culture is now becoming more and more important in enhancing the military＇s combat effectiveness. Combat effectiveness is not only a prerequisite for the survival and development of advanced military culture, but also the fun- damental standards examining the construction of advanced mili- tary culture. Advanced military culture correctly reflects the in- ternal requirements of the development of combat effectiveness. The ultimate goal of advanced military culture is to produce the army＇s combat capability and to ensure to win.
