摘　　要：韩愈作为中唐时期重要的文学家、思想家、政治家,具有重要的历史地位与历史影响力,作为政治家的韩愈,其一生治民理政,官场沉浮,与法治之间有着千丝万缕的联系。本文从韩愈的法治思想、法治实践、勤政廉政及其法治思想的意义和影响四个方面展开论述,以助于我们更加深刻了解韩愈本人,对我们当下的法治观念与法治实践也有重要的借鉴意义。Han Yu, as an important writer, thinker and statesmen in the middle period of Tang Dynasty, has an important history status and influence. As a statesman, experiencing the ups and downs of officialdom, Han Yu devoted his life to the management of people and government affairs, and had many connections with the Rule of Law. This paper spreads out discussion from four aspects, that is, Han Yu＇s thought of Rule of Law, the practice of Rule of Law, his diligent and honest administration and the significance and influence of his thought of Rule of Law. This can help us to understand Han Yu himself more deeply, and has a great referential significance to our present concept and practice of the Rule of Law.
