摘　　要：建设新型农村社区对于加快城乡一体化建设具有重要意义。在城乡一体化背景下建设新型农村社区,要求逐步摆脱法律、制度和意识上的瓶颈制约,坚持农民自愿、政府引导的原则,不断创新建设方式,引入市场机制,完善农村集体土地流转制度和公平合理的利益共享与社会保障机制,不断提升社区服务水平,促进居住区的和谐发展。The construction of new rural community is of great significance for accelerating the integration of urban and rural construction.How to develop a new rural community in the integration？ It requires that all members in the society should get rid of the restriction from laws. According to local conditions and adhere to the principle of farmers volunteering and government guiding, innovate the patterns of construction; introduce market mechanisms; and improve the transfer system of rural collective land and the social security mechanism. Constantly, enhance the level of community services and promote the harmonious development of the residential areas.
