三维适形放疗治疗子宫颈癌术后盆腔复发或转移40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三维适形放疗治疗子宫颈癌术后盆腔复发或转移的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2009年3月~2010年3月40例宫颈癌术后盆腔复发或转移患者的临床资料,均采用三维适行放疗治疗,随访3年,对患者的治疗效果及不良反应进行评价。结果随访1年,均存活,随访3年,存活38例,生存率为95.0%,随访期间不良反应以放射性直肠炎和放射性膀胱炎最为多见,其次为消化系统不良反应和骨髓抑制。结论三维适行放疗治疗子宫颈癌术后盆腔复发或转移,可以取得较好的治疗效果,提高了生存率,降低了放疗不良反应的发生率,值得在临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of dimensional conformal radiotherapy treatment of cervical cancer pelvic recurrence or metastasis.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from March 2009 to March 2010,40 cases of cervical cancer pelvic recurrence or metastasis in patients with clinical data,were made of dimensional conformal radiotherapy treatment,outcomes and adverse were followed up for 3 years.The reaction was evaluated.Results 1-year follow-up,all patients were alive,three years of follow-up,38 cases were survival,the survival rate was 95.0%,the follow-up period the most common adverse reactions to radiation proctitis and cystitis,followed by digestive system adverse reactions and bone marrow suppression.Conclusion The dimensional conformal radiotherapy for cervical cancer pelvic recurrence or metastasis,can obtain a better therapeutic effect to improve survival and reduce the inci dence of radiotherapy adverse worth in clinical practice.
