丈夫接受产前宣教并全程陪伴在高龄产妇分娩中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丈夫全程陪伴对高龄产妇分娩的影响。方法选取本院2010年8月～2012年8月住院的高龄初产妇100例,分为观察组50例与对照组50例,因自身家庭原因,对照组采取传统陪护方式;观察组丈夫接受产前宣教,采取传统陪护方式加丈夫全程陪伴。观察分娩方式和并发症、产程、产后心理状态、新生儿情况。结果观察组产后SAS评分、抑郁焦虑发生率低于对照组(P<0.01);自然生产率高(P<0.01);胎膜早破、产后出血等并发症少(P<0.01);自然分娩产妇的第一产程、第二产程及总产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);新生儿Apgar得分正常率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论丈夫全程陪伴能缓解高龄产妇的焦虑情绪,提高自然分娩率,缩短产程,减少分娩并发症和新生儿窒息的发生。Objective To investigate the influence of husband accompanying in the whole course of elderly parturient women delivery.Methods 100 cases of elderly primipara were selected from August 2010 to August 2012 in our hospital,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group and each group including 50 cases.The control group was only served by traditional chaperonage model and the observation group served by whole course accompany of husband and traditional chaperonage model because of the family reason.Delivery mode and its complications,birth process,postpartum mental state and neonate conditions were observed.Results SAS score and incidence of depression-anxiety of the observation group was lower than the control group（P0.01）;the observation group with less complications including premature rupture of membranes and postpartum hemorrhage had higher incidence of natural childbirth（P0.01）;time of first stage and second stage of labor and total stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than the control group（P0.01） and normal rate of newborn score was higher than the observation group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Whole course accompany of husband can relieve anxiety of elderly parturient women and improve the natural delivery rate and shorten the stage of labor and reduce the complications of delivery and newborn asphyxia.
