复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的危险因素及其对性功能障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的研究婚育龄妇女复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)的发病危险因素,探讨其与女性性功能障碍的相关性。方法调查1500例育龄妇女RVVC的发病率,并研究RVVC与其一般情况的关系,比较RVVC与未发生RVVC人群中性功能障碍的发病率差异,调查RVVC治疗前后性功能障碍的发生率差异。结果 RVVC的危险因素有文化程度低、收入水平较低、公用卫生间、住房不通风、内衣不单独洗涤、内衣晾晒方法不当、多位性伴侣、人工流产、性伴侣疾病、性行为频繁、性行为清洁习惯、糖尿病、抗生素病史。RVVC人群(572例)中发生性功能障碍的比例(408例,占71.33%)高于未发生RVVC组(57例,占7.22%),RVVC治疗后性功能障碍的比例明显下降。结论 RVVC的发生与个人生活习惯有关,RVVC的发生会导致性功能障碍,对RVVC患者采取治疗措施后有助于减少性功能障碍的发生,促进患者身心健康及家庭幸福。Objective To study the risk factors of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis（RVVC）,and to explore the corre lation with female sexual dysfunction.Methods The incidence of RVVC in 1500 childbearing age women was surveyed,and the relationship of RVVC and general data was studied,the incidence of neutral dysfunction in RVVC and no RVVC groups was compared,and the sexual dysfunction rate differences before and after the treatment of RVVC was investigate.Results The risk factors of RVVC were low educational level,lower income levels,public toilets,housing ventilation,unseparate washing,incorrect drying,multiple sexual partners,abortion,sexual partners diseases,sexually ac tive,uncleaning sexual habits,diabetes,antibiotic history.The proportion of sexual dysfunction in RVVC group（408 cases,accounted for 71.33%） was much higher than that of no RVVC group（57 cases,accounted for 7.22%）,and sexual dys function rate was significantly decreased after the treatment.Conclusion Personal habits is related to RVVC,and the RVVC is related to sexual dysfunction,the treatment of RVVC helps to reduce the incidence of sexual dysfunction,and promote patient＇s health life and a happy family for patients.
